When TMOV uses any third parties, they will be thoroughly selected for their capabilities, expertise, and reliability. With these criteria, TMOV guarantees a respect of the law in force concerning privacy. TMOV will periodically monitor the correct performance and the respect of the relevant security measures for personal data provided by these third parties.
